Oh ya know... just a massive photo dump from our awesome camping trip this past weekend!! I have been wanting to go camping with Scott for YEARS. Scott has never been camping before... I know, shocking! I went so much as a kid and love it so so much! So FINALLY he planned this little getaway for us!
We went to Harpers Ferry, WV. It is so beautiful! We camped through this campground. It was along the water with amazing views! We brought the puppy who is almost 1! She did so well and was so quiet the whole time. We had a blast and enjoyed just relaxing together. We went on a nice little walk, spent some time out in tubes on the water, and cooked a delicious meal. Who ever said that you can only eat hot dogs and s'mores while camping is SO wrong. We had a salad that I made before, salmon, baked potatoes, zucchini, and squash. We cooked all of it over the campfire and it was amazing! By far the best way to cook baked potatoes is over a campfire!
